Terms of Service

StoreLocale is operated by Oxbit Labs, based in Bursa, Turkey. By creating an account or using StoreLocale, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

StoreLocale provides tools for creating, editing, localizing, and exporting app screenshots and related assets. Features may include browser-based editing, cloud project storage, AI-assisted processing, device frames, and store-ready exports.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential, and for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

You retain your rights in screenshots, text, project files, and other content you submit. You give Oxbit Labs permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested StoreLocale features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or contains material you are not authorized to process.

AI-generated translations, text placement, and images can contain mistakes or unexpected results. Review outputs before publishing them. When you use a personal provider key, your use is also subject to that provider's terms, limits, pricing, and data practices.

StoreLocale offers one-time credit packages and bring-your-own-key access. The package, credit amount, and price shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Credits are consumed according to the product flow shown before an AI operation.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Unused credits purchased within 14 days may be requested for refund, while consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You must not use StoreLocale to:

• Break the law or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload malicious code, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or access another user's account or data.
• Automate requests in a way that interferes with the service or attempts to avoid product limits or billing controls.
• Misrepresent AI-generated or edited content in a deceptive or harmful way.

StoreLocale is provided as available. Oxbit Labs works to keep the service reliable but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, maintain the service, or enforce these terms.

Payment, authentication, storage, email, analytics, and AI-provider features may depend on third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. Oxbit Labs does not control third-party availability or policy changes.
