What to include
For faster review, email from the address connected to your StoreLocale account and include the relevant project, purchase, or error details. For billing or refund questions, include the package name, purchase date, and transaction or receipt reference if available.
Never send your password, two-factor authentication code, payment card details, or personal AI-provider API key by email.
Policy requests
You can use the same email address for privacy requests and refund reviews. Before writing, you may also want to read the Privacy Policy or Refund Policy.
